Running Successful Lean Events
Understanding the principles of lean is important, but delivering lean successfully is essential. This course focuses on how to run successful lean events, including Value Stream Mapping Events, Rapid Improvement Events and 2P Events.
Although the program begins with a very short refresher on the principles of lean it assumes participants will already be familiar with the basic lean concepts and tools.
